As you find yourself struggling and in pain, no one seems to understand you.

It is difficult to ask for help when the pain is not visible. But it is interwoven throughout your thoughts – and sometimes even seems to be a physical hurt.

Whether keeping inside your painful memories or just worn down by never feeling that you are ‘enough,’ I understand your challenge.

You will experience individual therapy in action.

You are desperate to find a solution to your anguish. You want to feel connected and at the same time find your “me time.” You want to change your job or your career, a new relationship, or improve the one you already have; and you are wondering if you will finally find the strength, stability, and happiness you want so much.

Once you come to session, you will find an atmosphere of comfort, security, and respect. We are going to work together to enhance the relationship with yourself and with others.

Finding the inner you requires connecting past with present.

We will explore your past, the messages that you accepted without questioning because you were a child. We will then connect to your present to find your inner self and gain and maintain your autonomy to decide what is best for you today.

Everyone can change.

We will set your goals, and I will help you find effective solutions by giving you the tools to change to find optimal results.

Ana had a difficult parent relationship.

Ana came to the session conflicted by the relationship she had with her parents.

She was anxious and depressed. She exhibited low self-esteem, even though she was a very sweet and intelligent person.

Ana struggled at her job and in her relationship with her husband.
